When can I cancel my order?

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to dispatching the order from our warehouse.

When can I return?

You may return the product within 7 business working days under any of the following conditions:

  • The supply of goods where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which is found seal broken.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

How will I return the product?

Once a cancellation or refund is approved, you need to arrange paid delivery to our company at the given address in its original packing and unused conditions, with all original tags and labels attached:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

When will I get the refund of my prepaid orders?

Refund will be processed within 30 business working days after necessary verification by the team which includes the physical counting and will be done as per actual counts received.

 Is there any exceptions to the return policy?

Refunds and replacements are not applicable for negligence and inappropriate storage conditions. It must be noted that the company reserves the right to ascertain such cases.
